Our Ecosystem
The Stear Labs ecosystem is built around four interconnected areas:
Education — developing knowledge, skills and capabilities.
Research — understanding people, markets, industries and emerging opportunities.
Employment — connecting people with practical workplace experience and opportunities.
Enterprise — helping turn ideas, skills and opportunities into sustainable businesses and productive ventures.
These areas continuously feed into one another.
EduLab is Stear Labs's education platform and one of our education research engines.
It provides learning programmes, certifications and practical development opportunities while helping us understand how people learn, what skills are needed and how education can better prepare people for work and enterprise.
The Intern is STEAR's internship and workplace development platform.
It connects learners and developing professionals with practical work experience while helping Stear Labs understand employment, skills gaps, workplace requirements and economic opportunities.

Research & Innovation
Research helps us understand the problems and opportunities around us before deciding what to build.
Our research happens throughout the ecosystem — through education, workplaces, enterprises, markets and communities.
We aim to turn:
Research → Insight → Development → Testing → Enterprise → Impact
No.
Our approach is designed to move research into practical action.
Research can lead to new programmes, technologies, enterprises, products, services, policies or other solutions.
Learning & Development
Our programmes are designed for different stages of development, from foundational education and skills development to professional development, entrepreneurship and enterprise creation.
Specific programmes may have their own entry requirements.
Yes.
STEAR is developing a structured certification pathway covering foundational development, professional readiness, technical skills, entrepreneurship and other areas of capability.
Certification requirements depend on the programme.
